PHOTO CONSENT: I understand that Sow Beautifull Co. employees or representatives may take individual or group photos or videos of any participants during a hosted activity, class or event. I give consent to use me/my child photos for use of marketing, advertising, publicity, illustration, web content and social media. Sow Beautifull Co. will have sole rights to the photos and videos taken and will not be expected to provide compensation.

LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER: I understand that Sow Beautifull Co Sewprise Party events and sewing classes involves the use of sewing machines, needles, scissors and other tools that include risk and may cause injury or harm. I acknowledge this for myself/child this release from liability and hold harmless Sow Beautifull Co., their instructors and representatives for accidental injury, illness or issue that may arise from participating in sewig classes or evens.
